My roof is 25-years old. I had it inspected by a home inspector, and a roofing company, which resulted in conflicting info. But I was sure a new roof was needed, but when “exactly”. Jeremiah came out and asked me “so tell me what’s going on”. He focused and listened to my words. After my explanation, he said “lets take a look together”. We proceeded to walk around the house, he pointed out good things and a few things for consideration.  But in the end, he was confident I had another 10-years! Confident, but not arrogant.
